About the Business English Conversation Course

The focus of the course is to help you improve your Business English conversation and business communication skills in the Australian workplace.

Adult English School’s Business English Conversation course is great for anyone who has intermediate to advanced English but has problems communicating in the workplace.

Learn business expressions, idioms, slang, phrasal verbs, jargon and other conversation vocabulary and techniques. Learn about business writing in letters and emails. Explore telephone communication techniques and improve your mobile conversation skills.

The business English conversation course not only includes business English expressions. We also include some tips on writing letters, emails and memos, using the computer and the internet, reading the newspaper and other business related subjects.

The Business English Conversation Course consists of 20 modules given over 10 Tuesday evenings. The lessons are 2 hours each (including a short break in the middle) and help you to learn particular Business and office English in a friendly environment. You will be given a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

We also discuss other issues.

The General English Conversation Course explores many areas of spoken English including expressions and pronunciation. The course is presented in a fun, friendly environment with a main teacher and several trainee teachers on hand to help you learn quickly.
